This four-day transformation experience offers self-discovery and self-healing. It is an opportunity to reconnect with the practices that lead to health and nourishment in all elements of life.
This retreat was born out of deep love for the natural healing ability of the body and the mind. Every cell in our body is a healing machine and if we overlook this, we miss the magic of being human, the magic of being alive, and the magic of being a regenerative force of nature.
This retreat has been designed to educate you and give you a somatic experience of how you can step into a life of wellness. This retreat will nourish all parts of you and give you space to reconnect with nature and yourself.
Health is not just the absence of disease, but a feeling of wholeness, balance and resilience. Be reminded of how it feels to live a truly healthy and that you have the power to live that life now.
They will learn daily practices that you can implement immediately to help restore your health. You will not have to lift a finger whilst on your stay with them. All daily chores will be taken care of and you can spend all your energy and time just focussing on you.
