The KGV Fitness Open will commence on 15th March and run for 3 weeks.
Workouts will be released weekly and can be completed in centre or online.
Workouts include strength, cardio and fitness based components and will be scaled for over 55's.
A leader board will record and update scores and be displayed with winners crowned at the end of the comp.
