Our group is designed for you! No matter what the mental health issue is you are battling, we understand what you're going through, and are ready to support you.
This week we will begin to:
Facilitate storytelling and raising awareness about the challenges and unique journeys of people with a lived experience of mental ill-health
Understand and support your journey to becoming more mentally empowered
Be a catalyst for re-framing the way you are coping in the context of 'new normal' COVID life
Change a life through meaningful connections
Please know you are not alone in your struggles. We can't wait to meet you and begin the important work to a more empowered and hopeful future.
Note: CommUnity are a support group, not a counselling service. However, we have training, and experience in the health sector, and are extremely dedicated to helping you get to where you need to be.
