Making it easy to enjoy authentic and delicious Mexican food by the beach this summer, Mad Mex has announced the re-opening of its Maroubra restaurant and an event on Saturday 12th November to celebrate a fresh new look.
Hosting a VIP event to mark the occasion, Cr Dylan Parker, the Mayor of Randwick, will be in attendance to show his support to the local restaurant which will once again be serving fresh and healthy food to the local community.
With the re-opening the beach shack inspired Maroubra restaurant will offer Mexican aficionados a spectacular dining experience in its 110 square-meter dine-in space and 35 square-metre outdoor space.
To celebrate the re-opening, Mad Mex is offering two for one burritos*, a free Corona with any main meal purchase and there will be a DJ in-store.
