Do you want to come and learn in our makerspace at Darling Square Library with your children?
Join this 3-hour session to get hands-on experience with 3D printers, laser cutters, microscopes, marble-run, wind-tube, and electronic and robotics kits.
We'll introduce you to a series of starter projects designed to develop your creative thinking skills. You could learn how to use an Arduino, Makey Makey or a Sphero, or build simple circuits. You could create a small 3D print, laser cut a box or etch a creative design onto perspex.
What you'll learn

If you have your own project idea you'd like to explore we encourage you to email us on makerspace@cityofsydney.nsw.gov.au before your session so we can best support you and your children.
