As a Mum of the 21st century we need more tools than our mothers and grandmothers needed.

You've raised your daughter differently, right? Taught her about her rights, done the research so you knew how to build her esteem and made sure she understands the benefits of healthy food and fitness. So why, now she's moving towards teenage hood (or already a teen) do you feel like you just don't know what to do anymore? Why isn't there a solution for all these bad feeling cycles that seem to come around all too regularly between you?

This is your opportunity to evolve and discover how to BE in relationship with your daughter differently. In this series of online workshops, you'll learn new tools, new approaches and get to connect with other like-minded Mums, who might be able to add a few pieces to your puzzle. You'll feel supported (yeah! you're not alone!) and be part of a group of Mums who are changing the disempowering culture around our girls. This is prevention rather than cure, it's the igniting of emotional 'power' for you both!

• Week 2 - Hookups vs connection, a 21st-century mothers guide to dealing with her daughters' romance. (Mon 29 Nov)

• Week 3 - How to deal with that inner pressure that comes with other people's expectations of your daughter. (Mon 6 Dec)

• Week 4 - How your daughter's feelings work and why you can't stop the repetitive cycles of frustration with your daughter. (Mon 13 Dec)

Cost: $29 per session or book all 4 for $99, sessions are recorded.
