Influenced by 1950s Hollywood and Vegas glamour, everything Maybe Sammy touches turns to liquid gold.
Made from all local ingredients, these delicious concoctions celebrate Australian culture and flavours. Best enjoyed with views of Sydney's iconic harbour.
Presented as part of MCA Late. Drinks are available on Friday nights at the MCA Cafe. For ages 18+.
What's on the menu:
Chamomile Martini - Gin, vermouth, chamomile, pepper and cedarwood
Jasmine Negroni - Gin, campari and vermouth
Eucalyptus Gimlet - Tequila, mango, eucalyptus and grapefruit bitters
