Singer-songwriter Mo'Ju (formerly Mojo Juju), brings her soulful, powerful energy and mesmerizing voice in a one-off performance spanning her catalogue of music, accompanied by Orchestra Victoria.
After cutting her teeth on the Australian tour circuit with her unique vocal stylings of soul, R&B, blues and hip hop, Mo'Ju's 2018 album Native Tongue was one of the most vital albums Australia has seen in years. It marked a personal, and very purposeful step in a new creative direction; a deep exploration of Mo'Ju's Indigenous and Filipino identity and how this has shaped her.
No strangers to the Arts Centre Melbourne stages, Orchestra Victoria is the performance partner of the Australian Ballet and Opera Australia. As opera and ballet specialists, Orchestra Victoria is dynamic and agile, working with companies from across Australia and the world, delivering more than 200 performances each year.
