Coodjinburra man Budjerah, from Fingal Head in NSW, channels D'Angelo in debut single Missing You, from his Matt Corby-produced debut EP. Triple J called Missing You 'effortless R&B', while Pile Rates described it as 'one of the year's best debut singles'.

And rounding out the line-up are the sweet, summery, shimmering pop sounds of the Gold Coast's AYA J, made up of singer-songwriter and Gumbaynggirr man Angus Field and American drummer Sam Miller. Triple J called their sound 'seductive and warm'.
