Nectr at the Brisbane Home Show - Solar Battery now future-proofing Queensland 2022

From 9 -11 September, Australian energy retailer Nectr will highlight ways in which households can use renewable forms of energy generation to save money, add value to their homes, keep the lights on during weather events, and most importantly - take positive action on climate change.

Research shows that Australian consumers want sustainable homes,^[1]with two-thirds of home buyers preferring energy efficient homes when given a choice.^[2] Interestingly, when selling a property, energy efficient homes generate greater buyer interest, sell quicker, and attract a premium price.^[3]

Nectr's latest Solar, Battery AddOn and Solar + Battery energy bundles include competitive electricity rates, premium and performance-based hardware and simple monthly payment plans with contract periods of 3 - 5 years (depending on the product) and no upfront costs or interest fees.

At the Nectr stand this year, Brisbane Home Show visitors also have the chance to secure a discount of $1,200 off the cost of a solar and battery bundle and $540 off the cost of a solar system bundle - if they request a quote during the show (9-11 September) and then proceed to installation.

Also featured at the stand will be an Interactive solar calculator, where Show visitors simply input their home address, and the technology will display the potential energy savings achieved by adding solar plus see a view of how solar panels could be configured on their roof - before purchase.
