Join Head Academy for Nei Dan Yoga, a fusion of Yin Yoga and Ancient Taoist Inner Alchemy and Philosophy. Led by Certified Yoga Teacher Joveline Head, the class is slow-paced with a focus on deep stretching, Qigong (inner energy work), Taoist meditation and movement, inviting you to turn inward and build a beautiful connection with your body.
Manage stress, remove negative emotions and enhance positive virtues with this thoughtful practice. A great way to start 2023 on a high and refreshed note.
Casual classes are $32, or purchase a 10 class pack for $220.
Held every Tuesday night, 6pm-7pm.
