A 1979 mail plane has landed at the Pier Street underpass in Darling Harbour, touching down to deliver Neon Dreams by Trolley'd, a retro-futuristic roller disco diner, exclusively for Vivid Sydney. Featuring Shannon Martinez, the revolutionary force behind plant-based dining in Australia, dive into a dreamscape of bold American flavours, vinyl-only beats, roller skates, and foraged botanical cocktails.
Experience Shannon's ultimate plant-based take on classic American diner staples. Juicy burgers, crunchy, fluffy fries, creamy mac & cheese and jelly donuts-all crafted with Shannon's signature focus on big, unapologetic flavours.
Post (or pre) feast, glide onto the roller rink-an airline-themed fantasy complete with a grounded mail plane turned DJ booth-and skate to beats spun by Bob Gherkin. Whether you're a seasoned skater or a total newbie, the rink welcomes everyone-plus, it's fully accessible for wheelchairs and mobility aids.
