Not Just Ramen: Ramen Dinner 2025

when: 23 - 29 March 2025 | venue: Reed House | cost: Adult / general $104 | address: 130 Lonsdale St Melbourne 3000

published: 18 Dec 2024, 5 min read

Ramen meets Reed House as Luke Findlay brings his traditionally inauthentic ramen from its two hit Supa Ya locations in London to Lonsdale Street.

Luke was sous chef at Ottolenghi's Nopi, where he befriended Mark Hannell and Bec Baker, the founders of Reed House, and it was a ramen rampage throughout Japan with Mark in 2019, in fact, that inspired Luke to start his own ramen business.

Now they're getting the band back together for two nights, collaborating on a menu reflecting their working past, their love of ramen and highlighting some great Victorian produce.

Part of the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival.
