Among the Trees is promoting sustainable woodworking and sourcing of reclaimed timber by hosting an offcut challenge.
Come to Among the Trees at 27 Sydney Street in Bulanaming/Marrickville for unlimited free offcuts, challenge yourself to build something using just these offcuts/wood scraps and enter it in this competition. Your work will be included in an exhibition with the option to have it up for sale during the exhibition.
Project drop off: 1-16 September at Among the Trees during opening hours (Wed-Sat 10-4)
There will be an exhibition opening night on 17th of September 6-9pm where winners will be announced.
There will be 3 categories: function, creativity and people's choice. Each category winner will receive a $50 Among the Trees gift card.
