In this comprehensive, fully illustrated and uniquely designed cookbook, Zaslavsky profiles 50 favourite vegetable varieties and shares more than 150 recipes.
We will email through a copy of the recipe to attendees a couple of days before the class so that there will be time to gather the correct ingredients.
