Unforgettable four days of free, family-friendly fun at Moon Lantern trail.
Returning for its third year, Moon Lantern Trail is an exciting celebration of Mid-Autumn Festival traditions and stories from across Asia. Beautiful to explore by day, but as night falls be awed as the Moon Lantern Trail transforms into a vibrant display of light and sound with over a dozen giant lanterns along Karrawirra Parri/River Torrens riverbank.
Enjoy the return of the popular Hong Kong Dragon lantern and other fan-favourites. Don't miss the premiere of breathtaking new lanterns, including a spectacular new water lantern by South Australian artist, Jaydenlee Tong, to be unveiled as part of Adelaide Festival Centre's 50th anniversary celebrations.
Wander at your own pace through the picturesque Tarntanya Wama/Pinky Flat and enjoy lively roving performances, puppetry, interactive workshops and live music. Follow along as the lanterns light up the trail, ushering you into an unforgettable OzAsia Festival experience!
