An exhibition by 3 artists: Rodger Bartlett, Virginia McGill and Maureen O'Keeffe who have been Harrington Street Gallery Co-operative members almost since the gallery's inception in the 1970s.

Rodger is a Sydney born Architect and artist who, after living in Balmain for many years, now lives in Tasmania. He has been limited in his travel to Sydney due to the Covid 19 pandemic and has therefore sought inspiration and solace in this exhibition from painting the varied landscapes within his neigbourhood in Swansea.

Virginia was born and raised in Inner west Sydney and now lives in Balmain. While she is an artist inspired by the art teaching of the late John Ogburn she is also a music tutor at WEA Sydney having been awarded a PHD later in life. Her paintings reflect her world of music and art, her home in Balmain and her travels overseas.

Maureen lives in Glebe not far from the John Ogburn Studio for Painting and Drawing where she was a student in the 80s and 90s and which opened up a world of painting to her after she graduated from Sydney University with a BA majoring in Fine Arts. She enjoys solitude and reflection to focus her observations of the world around her into inspiration for her paintings.

The gallery is situated on the corner of Meagher and Balfour Streets, Chippendale - down the road from the White Rabbit Gallery. It retains the name of Harrington Street, having first started in Harrington Street in the Rocks area of Sydney.
