Playful Endeavour is returning for the autumn school holidays for loose-parts play in Glebe Park!
Children are encouraged to let their imagination run free, using found and made materials to become whatever they want them to be. Playful Endeavour in Glebe Park has a wide range of materials to spark the imagination such as hoops, poles, pipes, crates, ropes and tyres.
Loose-parts play encourages creative play for all ages and abilities. This open-ended, imaginative, self-directed play can help them develop interpersonal and cooperation skills.
The Playful Endeavour is being operated by Green Hat Workshop, which hosts loose-parts playgrounds around the country.
Playful Endeavour is a free activity made possible via the City Centre Marketing and Improvements Levy and will run through part of the school holidays from Saturday 9 April to end of Friday 22 April 2022 from 10am - 4pm in Glebe Park, near the nature play and traditional playgrounds.
