Read with us the best literature in Spanish!

This 2021 the Instituto Cervantes celebrates its 30th anniversary and we celebrate it from the library reading club by reading works related to our birth year: 1991.

We will talk about  Señora de rojo sobre fondo gris by Miguel Delibes, who was awarded the Prize for Spanish Literature in 1991. As well as El jinete polaco by Antonio Muñoz Molina, Planeta Award this year. We will chat about opinion articles published by Francisco Ayala, 1991 Cervantes Prize Winner, and about the book Galíndez by Vázquez Montalbán, awarded Spanish Narrative Prize. We will also comment on works by two great authors who published this memorable year: Te llamaré Viernes by Almudena Grandes and El plan infinito by Isabel Allende.

Activity for library users (if you have never been a user we offer you 3 months of free membership). You can assist face-to-face or by videoconference, but it is essential to register in the activity to receive an invitation to the group video-conference.
