As we share our stories and learn from our experiences, new challenges call each of us to:

Build a more sustainable planet: From reducing packaging to advancing digital accessibility, how can we create and connect using what we already have? It's time to use lessons from the pandemic to address climate issues and forge a digital defense of our shared environment.

Embrace a more diverse community: From top-down policies to day-to-day interactions, how do we empower each other with

respect and kindness? Let's make our digital equality manifest in the physical/hybrid world. Increase access to opportunities for minorities. Enact greater mentorship and training to close the skill gap for women. Advance education to expand inclusiveness of our LGBTQ colleagues.

Dream of an expanded digital world: From furthering artificial intelligence and machine learning to incorporating augmented and virtual reality, how can we make the next leap in customer experience? In the crisis,

we showed that almost anything can be digitized. Let's live beyond the boundaries and imagine new channels, immersive experiences, and new technologies that promise to disrupt the disruption.
