An epic roadtrip from the deep South to the North and from the East to the West Coast across the USA on a big V-twin motorcycle gave rise to The Roadhouse Regulars.

The resulting album draws on the stories, the people, the rhythms and the sounds of that trip to tell the semi-autobiographical tale of

'Redemption: The Story of the Man, the Woman, the Preacher and the Way out of Town'

It's a concept album in the truest sense of the word with the songs and stories performed and interwoven together to tell the story.

The music of The Roadhouse Regulars has its roots in the heavy blues & roots rock of the 1970's, stripped back with simple instrumentation and arrangements, to create a sound that's rhythmically strong blended with the lyrics of a journeyman.

Michael Buining is a Sydney based musician, guitarist and performer. He is a commissioned songwriter and has released four studio albums which have received airplay across Australia with a national top 10 single. The Roadhouse Regulars have recently returned from a string of performances around regional NSW- Bathurst, Forbes, Mudgee, Yass and Wagga- and are performing 'Redemption' in selected venues across Sydney.
