Join us for a free workshop to learn about personal safety followed by a delicious lunch.

10:30am - 11:30am - Hear from personal safety expert Chris Futcher-Coles about:

  • The 3 pillars of personal safety: detect, defuse, defend

  • The law, what are you allowed to do?

  • Making decisions under pressure

  • Effective negotiation techniques

  • Clarity about senior abuse

  • The use of the tools of self-defence

  • Basic strikes

  • Where to aim

11.30am - 12.30pm - NSW Police talk about scams and keeping safe

12.30pm - Lunch

Cliff Noble Community Centre is open Monday to Friday 9.30am until 3.30pm. We have free wifi, computers and coffee, tea and biscuits.
