You can unlock Sydney's laneway and historic secrets on 5 fun routes across the CBD for free. The first 2000 players to receive a $5 voucher to spend in local cafes at the finish.
The Secret Sydney walks are self-guided experiences and enjoyed via your own phone. You can play these by yourself, or with a small group of family or friends. You will be given cryptic clue riddles to solve and answer on your phone. These guide you from one hidden spot to the next, and reveal the route you will follow as you discover new pathways of the city.
The 5 walks vary from 500meters to 3km, and last 30 minutes to 2 hours. The trails are available to use at anytime during daylight hours, and we reccomend starting a trail before 4pm.
From over 250 reviews during the first week, people rated their playful walks 4.9/5 stars. After enjoying 2 of the 5 routes, one team wrote, 'Amazing, wasn't expecting so much fun and to discover so much of our city!'.
