On Australia day (12pm -8pm) at our urban cellar door in Sydney.
Apparently, there are people who do not like oysters. To them we offer our deepest sympathy. They will never know the unique satisfaction that is a freshly opened oyster, the quintessential taste of the sea, washed down with a glass of Handpicked Tasmania Sparkling Cuvée that provides the froth of waves and palate cleansing tang.
The oyster haters may reply - Shuck Off, which is what you can happily do all day at Handpicked Cellar Door. We're doing freshly opened Appellation oysters at $1 each.
For those not seduced by the delicious mollusc, we will have our usual delicious array of cheese and charcuterie!
