De Vine Food & Wine are teaming up with Enoteca Wines to bring you a decadent dinner that celebrates Italy's hottest wine region.
Let yourself be transported to the rolling slopes of Mt Etna with a 5-course Italian feast paired with 10 matching wines.
Highlights include the Gamberi Rossi, served with fresh burrata, basil and tomato - paired with the 2019 Colomba Bianca Grillo. To finish you will be treated to a selection of Sicilian cheese and the 2017 Girolamo Rosso Cru 'San Lorenzo' Etna Rosso. You can taste the terroir!
Tickets are $185pp for 5 courses and 10 paired wines. Bookings are essential.
