Following a hugely successful premiere event in 2021, Australia's largest sneaker and streetwear convention, Sneakerland, will return to Western Australia's number one event arena and the home of the Perth Wildcats, RAC Arena!
Presented by 2WAY, the Perth-based team behind the inaugural event and the recent Perth Summer Jam, RAC Arena will be Sneakerland's first stop in what will be an Australia-wide tour. Sneakerland aims to give 'sneakerheads', collectors, resellers, content creators and anyone like-minded the opportunity to buy, sell, trade and lay eyes on some of the rarest sneakers, streetwear pieces and apparel on the market. Elevating from last year, Sneakerland 2022 will feature a larger trading floor with a wider range of items on offer,
entertainment spaces, exclusive sneaker and streetwear drops, a larger pool of raffle prizes and so much more!
Sneakerland 2021 saw incredible success, with more than 3,200 attendees including athletes, celebrities and local influencers joining in on the celebration of culture. 25 local brands and sneaker vendors were involved, offering some of the most sought-after sneakers, streetwear and art pieces world-wide and recording more than $650,000 traded on the floor between vendors and attendees.
Entertainment included giveaways of more $15,000 worth of prizes, basketball activations, live auctions raising bids upwards of $10,000 in the VIP lounge, some of Perth's finest DJs, free haircuts and hair braiding, a super car expo, a live podcast station and more. Attendees were also given the unique opportunity to showcase their best sneakers and 'fits' in real time on the RAC Arena scoreboard through the Sneakerland Live
