Keep cool and creative this summer at the botanic gardens. Enjoy a range of botanical activities: make your own botanical paper or learn how to make raffia palm bracelets. Create your own plant poetry or learn about the super-athletes of the plant kingdom that are living in our gardens. What is the tallest plant in the world, the fastest growing or the oldest?
Requirements: Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Please wear a hat and enclosed shoes; and bring a snack and keep cup or water bottle.
Location: Meet at the Auditorium.
Times: Sessions are at 10am-12noon and 1-2pm.
This workshop supports the Botanic Gardens' commitment to creating a plant loving community, dedicated to putting the plant back into Planet.
