Follow Assistant Curator Rebecca Anderson on a tour of inner Sydney with a difference.
Inspired by some of the amazing 3D maps, public artwork maquettes, fascinating architectural models and curious objects in the City of Sydney's civic collection this circuitous virtual amble will take us from Darlinghurst, through Woolloomooloo and the city centre to Circular Quay.
Pausing at intervals we will ponder the way our city has been interpreted by contemporary artists and the role models, maps and maquettes play in documenting our incredible city.
Rebecca Anderson is assistant curator at the City of Sydney. Along with curator Margaret Betteridge she manages the civic collection of art, furnishings, memorabilia and official gifts.
