The Sydney Royal Easter Show is a celebration of Australian culture, from our rural traditions to our modern day lifestyles, providing unique experiences for everyone.
First held in 1823, the Show is now the largest annual ticketed event in Australia. It really does have something for everyone from meeting farmyard animals to tasting award-winning produce and feeling the adrenaline on the carnival rides.
Animals
Cute and cuddly or big and beastly, animals are the star attraction of the Show. Come and meet some of the 14,000 creatures who, for 12 days, will call Sydney Showground home.
Ride & Play
With 100s of rides and games on offer, the Sydney Royal Easter Show is home to Australia's largest carnival providing hours of fun for everyone.
The most exhilarating and thrilling rides in the country are in the Carnival on Australia Avenue. Don't miss heart-thumping action on the Rebel Coaster and Aviator. Magical memorable moments will be created in the Kids Carnival for the littlies with classic family rides including the Carousel, Super Slide and the Mini Chairs.

The Sydney Royal Easter Show has hundreds of food offerings to make your taste-buds smile. There is gourmet food to pop-up trends, something for every taste and budget.

Parking at Sydney Olympic Park will be in high demand during the Sydney Royal Easter Show and car parks are likely to reach capacity, particularly on weekends and Easter public holidays.
To avoid disappointment and guarantee a space, you are strongly encouraged to pre-book. Please note that pre-book parking is available until 23.59 pm the night before your visit. The closest parking to Showground access is P1.
Car Park Shuttle Buses will be running between Dawn Fraser Avenue (near the rail station) and the P3 and P4 car parks, in a limited and reduced capacity, with priority given to patrons with a disability, parents with prams and the Elderly.
Public Transport
Your Sydney Royal Easter Show ticket includes travel on public transport (services detailed below) to and from the Show between Thursday 6 April and Monday 17 April 2023.
