- The original concept for the organic garden and how it was designed given some very challenging parameters
- The 30 + mature fruit trees in the space and how they are cared for
- The interesting veggie and herbs growing in the understory
- And perhaps leave with some seeds, cuttings or produce to take home!
The tour will be led by Perth City Farm's Emma Slavin, a Horticulturalist and Educator who cares for the space with a team of volunteers from City Farm. The tour is designed for an adult audience, but children are welcome to attend with their guardians.
This tour is free but places are limited, please arrive 10 minutes early to secure your place. Meet by the chalkboard at the end of the garden closest to the Art Gallery of WA.
