Vedic Meditation courses are coming to Canberra from July 2021.

The first course runs August 14-17 in Braddon.

The course is designed for busy professionals and it's great for people who have tried apps like Headspace and Calm or other forms of mindfulness and meditation with limited success because they find it too hard to stay still and focussed.

Vedic Meditation comes from a technique dating back thousands of years ago in India where you sit comfortably with your eyes closed for 20 minutes and effortlessly repeat a mantra that is handpicked to relax the brain.

From day one, people enjoy the benefits of reduced stress, more energy and better sleep. Over four 90 minute sessions, I'll teach individuals how to be self-sufficient meditator so they don't have to rely on apps or guided meditations, so they can meditate effectively wherever they are.

Free phone consultations are available for anyone who wants to find out if the technique will work for them.
