Vision boards can be a powerful way to bring your goals, dreams and desires into reality. Keeping your vision board in a place you view often remind you (and your subconscious) of your bigger purpose and gives you focus in your daily life. Not to mention, it's fun to dream and create!
What Do I Need
Several old magazines, cuttings from old photos, leaves, feathers, and anything else you would like.
What to Expect
Connecting in a group with likeminded people, meditation, creativity, and inspiration.
How Much Is It?
$25 (+ booking fee) per person.

Kimberly Hetherington is a transpersonal art therapist, meditation facilitator and writer based in Sydney, Australia. She is a mental health advocate and passionate about supporting people in finding belonging. Through her own journey of grief and loss, Kimberly has discovered a unique refuge that can be found in the fusion of art therapy and meditation.
