This exciting new culinary experience pairs cutting-edge global chefs with iconic Sydney restaurants and chefs for a series of unique collaborative dinners that celebrate the incredible diversity and quality of NSW produce.
Each evening, plates will become the playground as trailblazing local chefs join forces with their international counterparts to create bespoke menus that reach across the waters and reflect their shared curiosity, creativity and individual heritage. Across the three weeks, expect to be wowed by collaborations that span the gauntlet of relaxed to fine dining, contemporary European to authentic African cuisine, reflecting the originality in the vanguard of the Sydney restaurant scene and the combined passion of the chefs.
