Walking Stars is a fun, non-competitive walking half marathon challenge that's gong virtual this year. Walk 21kms over the event weekend (split it up into multiple walks or complete 21km in one go) in your local area. Download the Walking Stars App which is free to all registered participants, and stay united with other Walking Stars, while staying apart.

Unlock fun features as you complete training challenges and reach milestones, both in the lead up to and on the event weekend. Plus, receive a personalised virtual medal when you complete the challenge. Do it solo or get a virtual team together and track your progress in the app. Registration is free.

With government restrictions changing regularly, this year, the challenge has been made flexible. You get to pick your route. Once registered, start your fundraising and share your personal page far and wide to raise money so that no one has to face cancer alone. Log in some training sessions in the lead up to the Walking Stars Weekend. Download the FREE physio-approved training plan available in your fundraising dashboard and kick off week two.

Who are you walking with? Many Walking Stars choose to walk with friends and family and form Walking Galaxies. Some to show solidarity, others to remember loved ones they've lost. Shine bright in a Walking Stars T-shirt and order one prior to 19 Nov for delivery by event weekend.
