Sydney's harbourside suburb of Watsons Bay will come to life on Sunday March 14 when Cambridge Markets returns with a huge outdoor market.
The Watsons Bay Autumn Market will host 120-stalls at Robertson Park adjacent to the Watsons Bay ferry stop, and will feature the best of New South Wales artisan and boutique produce and goods, with an amazing array of small businesses coming together in one beautiful location to interact with customers.
The market will also offer a delicious selection of global eats and hot food stalls across cuisines including Thai, American, Vietnamese, Spanish, Israeli, Chinese, Italian and South American.
Fresh food and a bounty of handcrafted foods from a high-profile list of small producers will be a feature of the market.
This will be the first huge market from Cambridge Markets in 2021 after weathering a challenging 2020, and cancelling the 2020 Watsons Bay Market.
Market organiser Rebecca Fox said the market offered a safe outdoor space for customers and vendors to come together to connect, talk and sell their extraordinary wares.
'Markets are more popular than ever after the difficulties of last year,' Fox said. 'Shoppers are attuned to the fact that they need to support local small business people and especially those who pour their hearts and souls into their crafts. And small business people are keen to come out again and connect with familiar faces and new faces alike.
'Our markets, which are all Covid-safe and socially distanced, are a great space to come and connect with retail in a profound way.'
The stalls will all be spaced around the waterfront Robertson Park so shoppers can navigate in a spacious open-air environment.
