Learn the fundamentals of still life through an exploration of still life composition.
For beginners, this workshop is designed to give you step-by-step processes to help you build your understanding and your confidence at a pace that suites you. For those with some experience, Mathew can help you to consolidate your existing still life practice.
Mathew will demonstrate the importance of composition and lighting, creating harmonious or dynamic compositions, and the use of colour and tone when you are conceiving your composition. Further, he will discuss more sophisticated approaches and challenges you can try when creating your still life compositions.
