Why Be Fit Food Exists
Be Fit Food’s primary goal is to assist Australians in improving their health through better eating habits. With Australia’s obesity rates increasing and a lack of public education on the effects of diets high in added sugar, sodium, carbs, and large portions, Be Fit Food was founded by Kate Save, an accredited practicing dietitian and exercise physiologist.

Be Fit Food offers programs that provide customers with nutritious food, resources, and dietitian support. These programs aim for healthy, rapid weight loss and sustained maintenance through nutrient-rich, real foods, moving away from reliance on shakes, bars, or detox teas.

Their dietitian-designed recipes induce mild nutritional ketosis, promoting fat burning, satiety, energy, improved sleep, reduced cholesterol, and balanced blood sugar levels.
