For over 150 years it has been the seat of local government and a venue for wide-ranging events - from concerts and speech nights to balls and political rallies. It has welcomed heads of state and government- been the stage for Lady Gaga and the setting for Australia's Federation banquet.In this 1-hour talk- Margaret will showcase the architecture- interiors- history and unique stories of this much loved landmark building. There will also be opportunities to share your own memories of Sydney Town Hall and what the building means to you.Margaret BetteridgeMargaret manages the City of Sydney Civic Collection and is passionate about Sydney Town Hall.
