Saretta Fielding is an Aboriginal Artist from the Wonaruah Nation- born in Sydney- Australia. Saretta grew up the eldest of 6 siblings in a large close-knit extended family. Much of her work is influenced by family connection and reflective in style to many traditional sand engravings found throughout Wonaruah country. The highly textured pieces embody the age-old sandstone engraved artworks created by our ancestors and add a unique dimension to the works.In 2015 Saretta officially launched her art business full-time. Saretta Art and Design Pty Ltd is a multifaceted business- providing an extensive range of creative goods and services to a broad client base- including Government- Corporate- multinationals and commercially. Saretta works collaboratively- creating unique visual stories- flowing onto design application. Products include: Decor & fashion ranges. Connect Sydney is a City of Sydney program- funded by the Department of Communities and Justice. The program aims to build the capacity of community and not for profit organisations through the provision of free skills and governance training. Myofascial release class introduces safe and effective technique that involves applying pressure to your muscles and Myofascial connective tissue to help relieve tension- pain and restore motion.This class is specifically designed using props such as foam rollers and massage balls to find the bodies trigger points and smooth out hard knots- returning the fascia to its normal fluid state.Although floor-based- this class can be painful- as we search for problematic areas to release in the body.Please make sure you have a clear area to move. The video can be paused at any time to get a drink of water or to have a breather. Exercise within your physical limits to stay safe and injury free. These services are available to people who live or work in the City of Sydney local government area.Our Bike Buddies program is designed for people who are competent city riders but who could do with a little help to make the jump to regular commuting by bike.During the session- which will be between 30 minutes and 1 hour- your instructor will show you the best and safest routes to access the places you want to go by bike- whether it be your workplace- the shops or the local park. As well as guiding you on the best route- they'll offer tips and techniques to ensure you have the best experience.Our instructor will meet you at a location that's convenient to you (NB. must be within the City of Sydney local government area - please see the list of eligible suburbs here.)- safety check and sanitise your bike.Note. These services are designed for adults- but we can accommodate children aged 12 and up- with the supervision of a guardian- or 16 and up with written guardian approval. Participants must supply their own bike and helmet.
