The workshop begins with short- structured technical exercises and lots of material play. Fabricating- decorating and joining will be demonstrated and everyone will leave looking fabulous! The racialised narrative surrounding Covid-19 has sparked a surge in racial abuse targeting People of Colour.Whether it's a new poll finding almost one third of Australians blame the Chinese community for the pandemic. Or a study by the Migrant Worker Justice Initiative revealing a quarter of Australia's international students faced racial abuse during the pandemic.
