For our third clubhouse event, Beckett's Chef, Jeff Schroeter has envisioned and crafted a five-course menu celebrating the versatility of this brilliant game bird on what will truly be a memorable night for any discerning duck aficionado.
Farmer and co-host for the evening, Tathra Place Free Range Farm owner, Luke Winder, will share with guests his passion for his regenerative agricultural farm, the animals that call it home and his strong sensibilities towards the delicious benefits of consuming nutrient dense, pasture raised produce.
