Opportunities Australia is hosting a graduation ceremony for their entrepreneurship program, where participants will get to present their workshopped business ideas, and a winner will be chosen.
The 17 participants come from either migrant, refugee, or indigenous backgrounds, with a wide range of professional experience: from fitness to design, movie production to wedding planning.
They will pitch their business ideas to a shark tank of some of Australia's most outstanding entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, and corporate heavyweights such as Microsoft, as each hopes to win funding of up to $500k to help them launch their businesses - and change their lives.
A performance will be put on by 40-singer choir One Voice.
Please join this wonderful occasion to network and celebrate entrepreneurship, ingenuity, diversity.
