To celebrate the ten-year anniversary of Adelaide as a UNESCO City of Music in 2025, South Australian visual artist and muralist Alex Bellas presents A Vision of City Sounds, a mixed media installation within the City of Adelaide ART POD.
With the ambition of showcasing diversity across musical genres and cultural influences Alex is creating a space filled with colourful characters in a celebration of the City of Music designation. What's more, YOU, are invited to contribute by sharing what you believe a City of Music is made of. Visit the ART POD in January to write a note for Alex as inspiration for the growing art installation.
Alex can be found in residence from the 6 January to 16 February. A Vision of City Sounds will be on display and viewable to the public through until 28th March 2025.
