Want to learn how to say no (or yes) and not feel bad, guilty or anxious?

Assertive communication can strengthen your relationships, including your relationship with yourself, reducing stress from conflict and providing you  with the ability to cope and handle difficult conversations and situations.

Each class, we will learn more about one of the six assertive communication tools and we will engage in role play about real life situations. This will help greatly in putting assertiveness into actual practice.

Class suitable for all levels
