This women's course is derived from our Base Skills program and has been adapted to better suit the needs of women in the sport of mountain biking.
The Base Mountain Bike Skills for Women course is designed for:
Women who are relatively new to mountain biking and have some experience riding off road
More experienced riders who want to consolidate the basics, enabling them to unlock advanced techniques
We focus on:
Session 1
* Body Position
* Braking Technique

* Cornering
Session 3
* Riding Actively
* Front & Rear Wheel Lifts
