blok is a fun and inclusive pop-up yoga studio in Double Bay.
Located on the deck at the Double Bay Sailing Club, we do yoga overlooking the harbour at sunrise and sunset or we flow inside with the boats.
We bring a more contemporary and upbeat style of yoga that makes its community members feel welcome and breaks away from some of the preconceptions people have about more traditional yoga studios.
Blok offers 2 class types:
blok flow - our signature class, which is a dynamic and faster paced class designed to be progressive and fun - get ready to sweat.
blok chill - a slower moving class to get you deep and stretchy into the body and mind, we guarantee you'll leave feeling nourished and restored.
Attendees should bring a yoga mat, towel and water bottle.
