This free training presented in partnership with Sydney Community Forum will help you to develop racial literacy, empathy, and understanding of race-related issues and identities. You'll build tools, skills and strategies for intervention in everyday life.
The 5-hour sessions covers:
· how to be an active bystander or ally
· scenarios
· self-care
The training is suitable for anyone who may witness racism in all its expressions and for professionals who want to build a strong and inclusive work culture.
Light refreshments provided.
This workshop is part of City of Sydney social cohesion initiatives.
