Executive Chef Tiw Rakarin pays homage to the culinary roots of his homeland, Thailand. Inspired by one of the oldest cookbooks in Thai history, he delves into the core elements of Thai cuisine, and the flavours that have shaped its identity.

As you enter Mekong, find yourself transported to the riversides of the Mighty Mekong River in a space that encapsulates the heart of the diverse provinces that call it home. The evening will feature an amuse bouche + 6-course degustation of Modern Thai cuisine, with an optional wine pairing.
