Entrée (alternate serve)- King prawns, blood orange, fennel, lime aioli- Pork belly, apple & pear compote with avocado, mango salad
Main course- Maple glazed leg ham, turkey breast, cranberry, almond crumb, sweet potato, shallot, Yorkshire pudding, sage gravy
To share on the table- Crispy roasted potato with rosemary salt- Sautéed beans with almond flakes
