Claudia Barriga-Larriviere is a distinguished people and culture professional with nearly 20 years experience. Her focus has been transforming startups into thriving scale-ups and helping high-performing executives establish and grow values-driven organisations. Claudia's career has encompassed a series of mission critical roles, from being the Flamingo-in-Residence at BlueChilli to leading Employer Brand & Belonging at AMP,most recently she's been driving people and culture at the sustainability scaleup Good on You.

Claudia was once Entrepreneur-In-Residence at the ABC where she introduced and managed the Experimental Learning Program, and was Director of People and Culture at delivery startup, Sendle. She is also a writer and columnist for STARTUP DAILY, sharing insights and expertise in the startup and entrepreneurship domain.
